Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIME

As most items are made to order, we have a turnaround time of 2 weeks to dispatch. We do have a small amount of ready to ship items that you can find under the shop sections, and these will be posted out within 2 business days.

If your order contains both made to order and ready to ship items then this will be sent out as one order and will be on a 2 week turnaround to dispatch.

If you need your order more urgently, then please contact us at jane@bethbob.co.uk as we will always try our best to help.

SHIPPING SERVICE

All orders are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail as standard.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK delivery charge for an order value of under £50 is £2.99.

All UK Orders over £50 are FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery.

International Standard Delivery charge for an order value of under £50 is £10.50.

International Standard Delivery charge for an order value of over £50 is £8.50.

These are standard prices, you have the option at checkout to upgrade if you require a quicker delivery service.

IMPORT CHARGES

All import charges and taxes on orders for outside of the UK are to be covered by the customer, this includes returns and exchanges.
